Sunshine Smiles has a full-time Insurance and Finance department. We serve working families every step of the way.

From your new patient paperwork, insurance verification, treatment pre-authorization if needed, cost of treatment, finance options, to the ins and outs of insurance to process your claim whether we participate with your plan or if we are submitting your claim as an out of network provider.

Depending on what specialist you are seeing, the insurance companies we participate with may vary. If your insurance has an out-of-network benefit, we will be happy to work with them on your behalf.

FINANCING

We know that not everyone has insurance and not every treatment or procedure is covered by your insurance. We are well aware that the cost of dental treatments and procedures can be taxing on individuals and families.

Financing is available at Sunshine Smiles on a case-by-case basis. We are more than happy to discuss your options with you once we have determined your unique treatment plan.

YOUR ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT PLAN

Your orthodontic treatment plan is designed to address the issues that were uncovered by our team of doctors after your assessment, X-rays, scan and diagnosis. It includes your treatment recommendations, such as the length of the treatment and precautions. Alternative treatments, pre-treatment appliances or extractions may be discussed. We also may discuss the need to wait for treatment and schedule monitoring until you or your child have reached the appropriate time to start orthodontic treatment.

The cost of adult braces, child braces and clear aligners is comprehensive. It begins at initial evaluation through the removal of appliances to include orthodontic follow-up assessments for one year. Your treatment plan includes:
